What is a GiftSong Videobook?
It is an A5 hardback keepsake with a 7-inch screen, speakers and your chosen video preloaded inside.
What occasions is the Videobook best for?
Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Father's Day and any moment that deserves more than a card.
Does it need Wi-Fi or an internet connection?
No. The video is stored in the book and plays without an app, account, Wi-Fi or internet connection.
Is the Videobook rechargeable?
Use the supplied USB connection to recharge it. The video remains stored after charging.
Can I update or change the video later?
The video is fixed once production begins. If you picked the wrong file, email support@giftsongs.app with your order code and the video you want instead — a person makes the swap by hand, and the reply comes by email rather than instantly.
How long will it take to arrive?
Your order page shows production progress. Tracked UK delivery normally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch; this does not include preparation time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your order page shows production progress and the tracking link as soon as it is dispatched.
What will I receive in the package?
Your finished A5 Videobook, the preloaded video and a USB charging cable arrive together.
Will the video look good on the screen?
Yes. We prepare the video for the built-in 7-inch display and check it before production.
Can I return it or get a refund?
Because each Videobook is personalised, changes have to happen before production starts. Open Usage & Billing in your account to request a refund on the order; if the order is not listed there, email support@giftsongs.app with your order code. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
